MainStreet Mid Atlantic, LLC, specializes in the design and construction of commercial and residential apartment/condominium properties. Our principals and management average over 30 years of knowledge and deep experience in the design and construction of projects in the retail, hospitality, food service, and industrial sectors. No project is too large or too small for MainStreet Mid Atlantic. We have designed and/or built commercial properties as small ascoffee shops and as large as a one million square foot warehouse, and we provide the same level of management and customer care regardless of the project’s size.

What We Do

MainStreet Mid Atlantic is a fully-licensed General Contractor and Construction Manager. Its principals and managers bring their construction experience to each project. MainStreet Mid-Atlantic has performed work in most mid-Atlantic states as well as Texas and Florida. The company has the ability to work in any state in the Continental United States and to obtain licensing in any state in which a project is located. MainStreet Mid Atlantic, through its sister company, Mainstreet Design, can work with you to design-build your project, thus creating value engineering and cost savings for you.

Commercial

Our principals and managers’ list of completed projects encompasses the construction of over 80 retail properties ranging from 2,500 square feet to 135,000 square feet, and from small pad sites to large supermarket and big-box anchored shopping centers. Our company has also had extensive experience in the hotel and hospitality sector, including the design-build-construction and renovation of over 20 hotels.

Our principals and managers’ decades of experience in office construction ranges from ground-up project construction to the retrofitting of office parks and single-purpose facilities, such as the conversion of vacant convenience stores into modern, eye-catching banks and other financial services buildings. Industrial

Our industrial property construction roots date back to when our principals’ first project was completed—the design and construction of a 1 million square feet Montgomery Ward Distribution Center in Brandywine, MD. Since that time, MainStreet Mid Atlantic’s experience in the industrial sector includes several large distribution centers (Kraft Foods, JCPenny’s, and Coca-Cola Company) and more than 50 other industrial ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout the mid-Atlantic states, Texas, and Florida.
