No project is too large or too small for MainStreet Mid Atlantic. Our principals have designed and/or built commercial properties as small as a Starbucks Coffee shop and as large as a one million square foot warehouse, and they provide the same level of management and customer care regardless of the project’s size.
The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of 407 Associates, LLC, which provides through three other subsidiaries home improvement and restoration, custom home building, and design and engineering services.
The family of 407 Associates’ companies allows for the sharing of design and construction professionals for projects that require a wide range of services, and offers greater material and subcontractor buying power, with cost savings passed on to our customers.
Over the course of more than 30 years, MainStreet Mid Atlantic has provided design, construction management, general contractor and subcontractor services for residential and commercial properties and projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region.


Jeff Kozero, PE
Founder and CEO
Jeff graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with an engineering degree and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Over the course of his career, Jeff has started and grown an architectural/engineering firm from a local DMV presence to a National Footprint. In addition, Jeff has started and managed various real estate development companies that have provided development, design and construction related services. These projects resulted in over 12 million constructed square feet and valued at over $2.9Billion. Jeff has now created 407 Associates to become a complete design/development/management company.

Doug Dribben
COO
Doug graduated from the US Military Academy, West Point with a civil engineering degree, the George Washington University with a master’s in engineering management, and the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Law. He was a licensed Professional Engineer and practicing attorney for the US Army. He has managed operations and training of a 1,000-man Army engineer battalion, over 250 concurrent projects valued at over $5 million annually, and designed and supervised construction by 940 soldiers of 107 projects valued between $3 and $20 million. He retired from the US Army and is a new addition to the 407 family.

Jon Roberts
CFO
Jon graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Pacific Union College with honors while serving as President of the Pre-Law Society, Head of the Student Finance Committee, 4-term student senator, and Debate Society finance chair. Jon brings 6 years of internal audit experience, 4 years as president of a nonprofit organization, 3 years of business taxation experience, and VITA certifications at all levels by the IRS. Jon has passed all 4 sections of the Uniform CPA Exam and the Ethics Exam, holds a Department of Defense Financial Manager certification, and a specialization in small business accounting and fraud examination.

Dan Morrison
Director of Utility Services
Dan Morrison has been working in the construction industry in the DC, MD, VA (DMV) and PA areas since graduating from high school. In 2000, Dan started a very successful Home Building company, serving the DMV area. During the global economic meltdown in 2008, Dan changed course and started successful Home Inspection and Construction Management companies. In 2019, Dan started a successful Underground Utility Installation company working with clients such as the National Institutes of Health, BGE, and many developers. In 2022, Dan brought his company to 407 Associates, taking advantage of the synergies provided by the 407 development, design, and construction companies.

Brenda Duckett
Controller
Brenda Duckett has vast experience in the Finance and Managerial Sector. Brenda started her career as a Mortgage Customer Service personnel with Equifax, rising quickly to supervisor within 6 months of her assumption of duty and exiting the company as VP of Operations. She was the CEO of two startup companies, serving contractors and small businesses with office administration, accounting service, and permit processing. Brenda has been a manager for the past 33 years, outlining her success as the Director of Finance and overseeing the Administrative offices for 407 Associates, LLC. She can be described as the engine room of our organization.
